During my Christmas stay, I truly enjoyed the cleanliness and hygiene standards at the hotel. the helpful and professional staff made my experience even more pleasant. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with direct access to the beach and plenty of green areas to explore. Lastly, I appreciated the spacious and well-maintained rooms/villas provided, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The wifi connectivity was quite weak, especially in the main restaurant and throughout the premises, making it difficult to stay connected.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mirage Resort & Spa. The warm welcome from Khaled Al-Sulaimani made us feel right at home. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated, with family villas that were perfect for us. The food at the à la carte restaurant was absolutely delicious. And when we requested a room change, the staff was quick to accommodate our needs. The polite, professional, and helpful staff, combined with the comfortable and calm bungalow, truly made this hotel feel like a 5-star experience. We were also pleased to find that the hotel met the high standards of hospitality, comparable to some of the 5-star hotels in Dubai.

The staff promptly organized for a skilled hairdresser to come to my room and take care of my needs. The hotel's dining experience exceeded all my expectations with delicious meals and attentive service. The hotel manager's friendly and approachable demeanor added an extra touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The animation team also deserves recognition for their professionalism and dedication. The hotel is new, well-decorated, and good for families.

The al a carte restaurant at the hotel was a nice touch and the breakfast served was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
